ALBATROSS

This yacht design was created in 2015 as part of a college assignment, inspired by the elegant flight of the albatross over the ocean. The long, wing-like structures reflect the bird’s aerodynamic form, aiming to capture its grace and harmony with nature.

Black lines on the wings represent piano keys, symbolizing a musical connection between the yacht and the sea. Conceptually, as the wings touch the water, they "play" a harmonious melody—suggesting that the vessel interacts with the ocean like an instrument.

This project was an early exploration of how natural forms and artistic symbolism can influence functional design, merging aesthetics with storytelling.
